Safe to use
While I was playing, I noticed the C letter from Novac's sign is different from the rest, like is about to fall. I wondered, if it's so rusty and almost falling, why it doesn't flicker? Well, now it does! And not only that, but it also has a new 3D model for the neon sign (thanks to Pixelhate)!
Installation:
Install via MO2 like any other mod. It's just a mesh file.
