This patch changes the leveled lists in The Living Desert to be more compatible with mods the cap maximum level at 35 such as JSawyer Ultimate.

This patch changes the leveled lists of the must have The Living Desert, by EL Pascal, so that it accommodates mods that cap levels at 35 such as Push the Win Button's Jsawyer Ultimate/JSUE. Or for any one who just wants to cap their own max levels at 35 using LStewieAL's Tweaks.
Currently the leveled lists of TLD max out at 50. If you cap your levels lower than that you will miss out on some content.
This mod uses 30 as the max level of the lists just as the Living Desert did in the past. Everything else is untouched. Effort was made to match the level distribution in the old 35 lvl cap version pf TLD as closely as possible while giving precedence to any changes in the current version.
Let me know if you find any issues.
