I wanted to re-run NV one last time and made this bright enb config for Vanilla weather and if you don't like too darkened image settings,
so then this is for you.

Support only original Vanilla weather and Desert Natural Weathers mod which is very close in settings to vanilla weather.

Vanilla weather has different environment settings for each location and detailed work has been done to customize the ENB
so that there are no large differences in brightness between locations. Also work was done on the enb shader.

Detailed shadows are disabled due to bugs, sometimes very annoying!

To remove Exterior fog you need  Simple Exterior Fog Remover - NVSE after looks much better.
If for some reason you don't want to use NVSE  https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/54668?tab=files&file_id=1000016828

Don't forget to enable HDR in game video options.

If you have transparency bug and NV anti-aliasing is disabled, then

set in your video card settings - Anti-aliasing and Anisotropic filter Controlled by the application.

If your monitor is too bright, it is better to reduce the brightness while playing.
