A simple mod that uses Base Object Swapper to swap static mattresses with their furniture counterparts, allowing you to sleep in mattresses that you couldn't before. Sleeping with a skeleton never hurt anybody.
This is most relevant in TTW, but there's nothing stopping you from using it with vanilla New Vegas. If I find any other beds that you can't sleep on, I'll be sure to cover them in future updates.
