About this mod
This gets you, upon speech check pass, both the weapons AND the armors from potentially both, as well as potentially both the Mechanist and the AntAgonist staying alive. Normally you can only get the armors from them and have to kill one or both of them for the weapons.

You can normally get both, but only by exploiting the game and its fucking tedious, you have to reverse pickpocket (put higher grade armor or weapon INTO their inventory) leave the zone, go back in and they should be wearing the higher resistance armor, then you can pickpocket THEIR armor since they are wearing what you gave them since it is "better" than what theirs was. Works on armor and weapons.
That involves a lot of bullshit. The legitimate way to get both weapons and armors is... you can't. You side with one and kill the other, the one you side with gives you their weapon and you get the others' armor OR you can persuade both of them to give up their armor, and give one of them the others' armor for one of the weapons, and both armors.
Using reverse pickpocketing, you can get the armor off of one, and tell the other that the armor you got from is dead and will get the weapon, you can then kill that one and take their armor plus the armor you just gave, and give the dead one's armor to the one you originally pickpocketed from, and they will give you their weapon as well, then you can kill them them for the quest.
So for this to play out, it is, starting in AntAgonist's Lair:
-Pickpocket Ant and put better armor in her inventory.
-Go out of the lair.
-Go back in and she should be wearing the armor you gave her.
-Pickpocket her again and take her armor she was wearing.
-Go to Mech.
-Give him her armor.
-He gives you Protectron's Gaze.
-Kill him with Protectron's Gaze out of raw humor of dying by own gun that you gifted to your killer (not mandatory but recommended).
-Take both sets of armor from his body.
-Take HIS armor back to Ant.
-Give HIS armor to Ant.
-She gives you Ant's Sting.
-Now either leave her alive and just pickpocket his armor off of her, but know that the quest can't be completed until it is "resolved", (she IS a bad guy technically, and so technically doesn't stop terrorizing the town until she is "dealt with". So her staying alive leaves the quest in the air like this.
OR
-Kill her after turning in his armor to her. This resolves the quest and completes it, you get the XP and caps. This assures you get the armor back from her since she is a corpse now, and you pickpocketed her armor previously, and have obtained both weapons. You get a lot of negative karma this way.
So, since I am generally not a total asshole and like peacefully resolving things if possible, this mod is a solution to the dilemma and a peaceful way of getting everything, legitimately as well... if you wanna call playing with mods that do stuff like this "legit", that is. Saves a lot of time, back and forths, and karma.
Now, upon meeting both the AntAgonizer and the Mechanist, you'll be able to persuade them how you normally would, but rather than them just giving up their armor, they give up their armor AND their unique weapon. I didn't try the exploit method on this TTW run cause its a hassle, but I know the TTW team patched out a lot of exploits, so rather than trying, I just did this.
The ways you can persuade them are via the perks:

These checks were tested by yours truly and 100% didn't work at times so it was annoying, let me know if you encounter any bugs, but they should be good now. These checks cause them to resign from their little cosplay rampage and give you both their armors AND their weapons, as well as it being a resolution and they can return somewhere else or as future companions through other mods without breaking anything, lore wise so the headcanon doesn't drive you nuts.
For those who don't know, Protectron's Gaze uses 1 energy cell, but fires 5 beams, so it can really punk motherfuckers. Ant's Sting inflicts poison DoT per hit and they stack, so they can easily fuck things up if given just a few seconds of swinging. This damage bypasses DR/DT, so the weapon is a slow burn esque weapon, rather than a high damage one, very potent.
