Grab the object, press the selected key (Right click by default (configurable in ini)) and release the grabbed object to throw it with your Strength and Heave, Ho! if you got it.
Please use the updated iteration T.I.T.S.
I couldn't make it the way i wanted in Scriptrunner, i had problems trying to add features.
Espfull alternative: Throw Stuff, T.I.T.S.
There's a tweak in Stewie tweaks too, probably, i was told.
