I came across this picture a few weeks back and I really wanted my courier to wear it. I always wear a vault suit and play as a cowboy so this was perfect. Unfortunately I couldn't come any armor like this on Nexus so I just decided to make it, and people seemed to like my last armor mod so I thought why not share this one as well. I tried to make it as close as I could with vanilla assets and I think it came out ok. It is on Doc Mitchell's operating table so couriers can just grab it when they start the game.
