This mod overhauls one of the original rooms and front desk of the El Rey Motel.

Safehouse is located on 2nd story of motel building, but to get inside you need to find a key to the room first.
I added a small story about your friend who ran into some problems and decided to escape New Vegas and Mojave wasteland for good. Rest of this story is told via diary pages scattered inside room and motel's front desk safe. Like all stories have an end, this one is no exception and you can find what happened to the owner of safehouse by looking around nearby ruins.
The room contains almost all you may need: various containers, work bench and reloading bench, bed, water source (sink), cooking place (hot plate), and moonshine distillery. (only chemistry set is an exception)
