A regular 10mm pistol that shoots hundreds of mini-nukes in a single pull of a trigger, can be found in Goodsprings at the front doors of Doc Mitchells house. Causes a lot of frame-rate drops depending on how many nukes explode, may crash your game.
Not to be used in regular playthroughs, it's meant for fun and memes.
