Using Dragbody's NCR Trooper Overhaul Ranger meshes, and pommymax's 2K Ranger textures, I've redesigned the NCR Ranger Civilian outfits and added a number of varied cowboy outfits.The generic cowboy outfits are not in the level list so no worries about them popping up on rangers. I do not know how to add them to the level list of NPCs if someone wants to do so, please do.
To access the outfits simply console command for the same convention as the other NCRRangerCivilian outfits.
The ROLLED versions do NOT work with women, since there was never a mesh made for them. If someone wants to help me by making one, I'd appreciate it greatly.
