this mod finally fixes the legions spawns by giving them levelled lists that reflect the lore as well as gives them the proper classes they were supposed to have and new perks that improve their melee prowess and durability at higher ranks.

Installation: load this at the bottom of your load order to minimize conflicts. you should also start a new playthrough as any legionaire you have met up to the point you install this mod will be unedited, they can also be fixed with the resurrect command.
this mod is the progenitor to my next big mod project that expands on the legion by adding new quests, armors, clothes, and weapons.
