Not much to this one, really. I just found it odd that 

A. Colonel Moore couldn't detect a disguised enemy of the NCR 
B. Quartermaster Bardon wouldn't sell to you if you were disguised as a trooper

Now, both of these will happen. Colonel Moore is part of the Sniffer faction, which means she will now sniff out disguised terrorists, and Bardon will recognize you as an NCR Soldier and allow you to shop with him if you're disguised as one.
