Brings some life to random places and NPCs on the road.
This is a merge of some mods not included into other SUPER compilation, with some edits to make them work together properly, all packed into an ESM file with a small config file. No NPC edits, so it should be compatible with any other NPC mod.

Lively Nellis Kids school and teacher
Lively Mojave Outpost (from The Bazaar of Z, tweaked to remove direct edits to Ghost Ranger NPC)
