Can be found on the right bedside table. When fired while you are in the Mojave Wasteland, not in an interior, and not in combat, it will teleport you to the entrance of the Lucky 38 Presidential Suite. When fired inside the Presidential suite, it will teleport you back to where you were.
This is a simple mod with a single OnFire script. The regular version does not require any extender plugins. The alternative version that disallows teleporting while in midair requires JIP LN NVSE.
