This mod replaces Yes Man's screen texture with Rambley Raccoon. That should be it. Have fun!

All that I can tell you is that it will replace Yes Man's face with Rambley the Raccoon from Indigo Park. Its a simple mod. I don't really have the know-how to replace his voice. Feel free to look into that and build onto this mod.
