A while back, I did an empirical analysis of the factors that influence the ability of enemies to detect you (link below). I called the video "Sneak and Detection in New Vegas" as an homage to "Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas". There was a request to release the outfit I used in the thumbnail as a mod, so here it is. If a Hawaiian shirt and Panama hat seem like the perfect outfit for a Jet-and-Vodka fueled road trip from Goodsprings to The Strip, you can find them in a dufflebag just off the road south out of Goodsprings, right before you get to I-15 and Jean Skydiving. Stats are identical to pre-war casualwear and pre-war hat. And it looks like a Hawaiian shirt on male or female Couriers. Enjoy!
