This is a super simple edit of the in-game experience settings inspired by Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines, after I got tired of getting to level fifty before I even reach New Vegas. This is specifically made with playthroughs in mind where you have lots of quest/creature/population mods installed (Like mine), because now you're going to be leveling much slower. And honestly, I always thought that getting exp for killing in the rpgs is a waste, at most it should increase your combat skills like in earlier Elder Scrolls, and I thought VTMB had it right with making quests being the point, not the grind. The archive comes with esp that doesn't require anything, and an ini version of the mod that requires lStewieAl's Tweaks and Engine Fixes . If you'll use the ini version, disable the esp, if esp one, delete the BloodlinesEXP.ini from Data/NVSE/Plugins/Tweaks/GameSettings .
If you have any suggesting on balancing it in a better way, I'm open to ideas, and also, both versions are easily configurable if you want to change something for yourself, the description of the options can be found here https://geckwiki.com/index.php/Experience_Settings
