Makes the Sandstorms from Desert Natural Sandstorms only happen in Lonesome Road Worldspaces.
Make sure to load the plugin after Desert Natural Sandstorms and Desert Natural Weathers.
I made this because I thought how it was weird that the rest of the Mojave got the same intensity of Sandstorms as the Divide, so I decided to make this fun little mod that makes it only occur in Lonesome Road.
