pretty much a simple reshade preset that makes the game look better in my opinion also i recommend you use nmc's textures large and fellout also the bloom might be too much for you but you can change that in the preset settings magic bloom from what i can tell is the main one making everything really bloomy but thats about it for the description for the install i put a little quick guide in the zip file
