About this mod
Edits Holdout Weapons lists in order to make them more "believable" (no more concealed Power Fists, among many others).

1. You can conceal very large weapons, such as Power Fists, Ballistic Fists, Frag Mines and so on.
2. Fights inside casinos end up being unbalanced as hell, as the opponents are only using very basic weapons while being unarmored on top of that.
3. It feels too easy to just be able to conceal guns without any sneak skill requirement.
The result is that restricted areas are actually not that restricted and don't feel very dangerous. The guards that "confiscate" your weapons do not feel like an actual obstacle.
I've decided to edit the lists to try to improve on those problems :
- The Improved list (50+ Sneak) is much shorter than it used to be.
- The basic list has some weapons removed and a few new ones added.
- The only way to conceal a gun is by having 50+ Sneak.
Additionally I have modified Mr. Holdout vending list (see changes below)

Holdout Weapons List now includes the following :
- Throwing Knives
- Straight Razor (and unique variant)
- Switchblade
- Dress Cane
- Boxing Tape
- Dog tag Fist (and unique variant)
- Brass Knuckles
- The various scientist gloves from Old World Blues DLC
Improved Holdout Weapons List now includes all the above, plus the following :
- Combat Knife (and unique variant)
- Spiked Knuckles (and unique variant)
- Silenced .22 Pistol
- Police Pistol
- The unique .45 Pistol used by Joshua Graham
- Dynamite
- Long-fuse Dynamite

Mr. Holdout :
- No longer sells knives (since they are no longer part of the holdout lists)
- Has a chance to sell Throwing Knives
- Has a chance to sell Police Pistol once the player has reached level 18
- Has a lowered amount of weapons available for sell in general (he's just one guy in a coat in the middle of the street, he shouldn't be able to have a lot for sell on him)
The vending list will be changed once merchant inventory gets refreshed, which happens every 3 days.

Miscellaneous : The quest 'Silus Treatment' allows you to help Silus escape if you are Accepted by the Legion. It requires you to sneak in a Silenced .22 Pistol.
Since my mod removes this pistol from the regular holdout list, and adds it only to the Improved one, I added a 50 sneak skill condition to the dialog line to actually appear, to prevent the quest from being started while having an insufficient sneak skill, as this was creating a weird situation where the quest would remain stuck until you were able to sneak in the pistol.
Remember that bonuses to sneak from gear and magazines can help you reach that skill requirement and have the dialog option to assist Silus appear.

Compatibility : Will conflict with mods that edit the scripts and dialogs that mention the Holdout and Improved Holdout lists of the base game (check conflicts with FNVEdit if you're unsure).
