Now this mod is a proof of concept towards the deep complexities of modding, it is my biggest passion project. Welcome to project N.O.B.A.R.K, greatest mod ever, performance friendly, compatible with Sal's Visual Overhaul. View it as a platform/framework to tool with and it is more or less a modders resource, I will publish a course on the philosophy of modding and passion later.
Now, getting on with my magnum opus, the best mod ever.
This is mod adds 2 items to the aforementioned character's inventory, the former being a Vault 13 Canteen and the latter being a note describing his descent into madness. I created this mod for myself and users that believe in the fan theory of No-Bark being the Chosen One, because I think not only is it plausible, I wanted to see it in game as a cool little detail. There is a mod already that does this, however in a much less subtle way.
