I increased the acceleration of flatter slopes in the setting fSmDeclAcc=2. If you want to set it back to 1, use this file or set fSmDeclAcc=1 in the main config. (Update 1.4 to 1.41 - Fixed a missing semicolon in the config)

[main File Required] Makes steeper hills decrease speed to the same extent a lesser one would. Still within a reasonable range. Can be done in the config file that come with the main file. (Update 1.4 to 1.41 - Fixed a missing semicolon in the config)

[Main Required] A Config with the 2 other optional config settings included. Steeper hills will have the same speed decrease as lesser ones and going down flatter slopes will be less reactive. (Update 1.4 to 1.41 - Fixed a missing semicolon in the config)
[main File Required] Makes steeper hills decrease speed in the same way a lesser one would. Still within a good range. Can be further modified along with other options in this or the config file that come with the main file.
