About this mod
This mod adds No-bark Noonan from Novac to your game as a fully functional companion with a working companion wheel. He can be found either in Novac or his shack and can be recruited after the successful completion of "Come fly with me" and "One for my baby".
Includes an optional JIP CCC icon.

DISCLAIMER:
This will be my last set of mods for now since studies commence again next week for me. (That is, the five character companion mods released today).
I have one mod for a TTW DLC which includes a few followers which will release soon but then it's back to the books for me.
Although I can't promise anything, feel free to still give ideas in the comments for who you might want incase I like them if I return to modding or if others might want to give it a go.
No-bark Noonan is a whack conspiracy theorist roaming the streets outside Novac. Many believe him to be the Chosen One from Fallout 2 because of the crashed Highwayman near Novac. I'm fine with it going either way. But to me, he is the Chosen one. Whether or not he is that character, I'm sure, he will make a decent companion. With this mod, that is possible.

The follower is feature complete and no further updates are planned. Enjoy!
MOD FEATURES:
- He can be recruited after completion of the quests, "Come fly with me" and "One for my baby".
- He will follow the player just like a normal companion anywhere you go.
- He can wait, be dismissed (Including to L38), traded with and have his tactics be changed. His companion wheel is also working.
- He has a companion perk, "All bark, No bite" which grants:
+ 2 Luck
+ 10 Sneak
