About this mod
This mod adds Harland from the Repcon Test Site basement as a fully functional companion after completion of "Come Fly with me" and having him survive the ordeal. He can be found in Novac.
Includes an optional JIP CCC Icon.

I liked the idea so much that I had to squeeze it in before I take my break to study. LOL.
Harland is a character you may encounter in the REPCON test Site basement. If he survives he will travel to the launch pad and will disappear from the game. This mod adds a "Harland" NPC to Novac after the completion of the pre requisite quest.

The follower is feature complete and no further updates are planned. Enjoy!
MOD FEATURES:
- He can be recruited after completion of the quest, "Come Fly with me" and having him survive.
- He will follow the player just like a normal companion anywhere you go.
- He can wait, be dismissed (Including to L38), traded with and have his tactics be changed. His companion wheel is also working.
- He has a companion perk, "Hardlife" which grants:
+ 4 DT
+ 1 Endurance
