Adds an interior to a Cottonwood Cove building that previously lacked one. There is no outright requirement to enter it and storage is set to not respawn. Aesthetics are clearly geared for a legion playthrough but I wanted players to also be able to simply come and claim the house if they want. Only edits interiors and removes the boards from one building, as well as adding two banners outside to make it easier to tell it apart. Should be compatible with other Cottonwood Cove overhauls.
