I've never really liked the scrap metal patches the NCR erected to patch holes in the wall surrounding the Camp McCarran yard. Why would they choose something so flimsy to fortify walls when they have the ability to build strong, new sections? Why drag heavy sections of boxcars across the freeway just to patch it?
This mod fixes this by utilizing TrickyVein's Sandcrete assets. Now, the sections of wall that were previously patched with junk are patched with adobe walls in keeping with the architecture we saw in NCR territory in Fallout 2.

Note: This mod should, technically, work with any mod that adds McCarran to the Mojave Desert. However, I don't use these types of mods and, as such, can't confirm this. You might have visual bugs if you use them together.
