Tweaks the color of the Vault suits to resemble the classic versions a little more.

Description:
So I originally wanted to do something way more detailed but once I saw just how many different vault suit textures there were to replace I decided rather than driving myself insane I decided to take a few shortcuts and half-ass a little bit to protect my sanity.
So what did I do? Well, I simply just tweaked the shade of blue that every Vault suit is. Except for the Vault 13 jumpsuit I may have put a little more work into editing that one than I should have.
I also fixed the minor visual bug with the Vault 3 utility jumpsuit where the 3 on the collar is backwards.
Not really much else to say. I understand now why nobody else did this or the people that tried to half-assed it. That being said I tried my best to avoid any obvious visual errors so let me know if you see any. And I emphasize OBVIOUS, not minor little things nobody will see unless they're explicitly looking for it.
TTW SUPPORT?: It SHOULD to my knowledge also work for TTW but let me know if you happen to see any vault suits that aren't the same shade of blue and I'll see what I can do.
