These weapons are fully scripted to be immersive and do the things they actually do in the real game. Get them from the Mystery Box by trading a weapon for them. To interact with the box, use the "Activate" key while hugging it.
You can also use Pack-A-Punch. It is in a secret location. If you want to cheat and find out where it is, use FNVEdit. Otherwise, you can find it during the main storyline of FNV if you do some exploration.
The Mystery Box is found at the Goodsprings Cemetery.

DTW1996: The source for some of the assets used, but seems to have disappeared
off the face of the earth. I would have asked via his YouTube for
permissions as his ReadMe says, but he doesn't seem to exist anymore. I
will leave credit here, and if permission of his files is revoked, I'll
be sure to take the assets out. It's ports of more CoD models.)
