replaces the Patrol Ranger Armor with Combat Armor Reinforced for NCR Rangers

Greetings my dearest NCR citizens, are you tired that the NCR Rangers equipment are lacking for fighting slavers ? do you wish them to get back the prestige they had back home with combat armor ? fear not, the NCR Patrol Rangers is now replaced by the good old Combat Armor Reinforced to increase the survivability of Patrol Rangers
All NCR Patrol Rangers would have Combat Armor Reinforced but some rangers might keep their original armor If you play in an on-going playthrough, try to wait 3 in-game days or simply use console command "resetinventory" to instantly give them Combat Armor
Hoover Dam Patrol Rangers including Ranger Grant would have Combat Armor Reinforced Mark 2, as defenders of the dam and also at some extents responsible of President Kimball safety back in his speech, we considered them to highlight their importance with even better armor
All of Civilian Rangers and Veterans Rangers would be untouched by the mod

Limitations
That mod doesn't replaces the patrol ranger armor to combat armor reinforced as a whole, the armor still exist and therefore If you have any mods involving NCR Rangers with "unique" inventory independent from leveled list, these specific rangers would keep their patrol armor, but that mod is still compatible with The Living Desert and Patrols of The Mojave as the leveled list of the NCR are untouched, feel yourself free to make your own patch for specific mods
A : Nobody had the idea of this mod before me, I think having the Rangers dressed with Combat Armor Reinforced would be cool for players seeking for classic experience
Q : Why not the Civilian Rangers and Vet Rangers ?
A : Because we considered the civilian rangers as the name implies to not be intended to be heavily armored and the riot armor is just too iconic to be taken off the veteran rangers
Q : Why a script and no esp ?
A : We made it for the sake of compatibility for almost any settings (NV and TTW)
