A simple mod that makes the NCR supply cache more worthwhile to use

After many, many playthroughs of New Vegas, it has occurred to me that I never really used my one-a-day NCR Emergency Radio, and when I did, I was usually disappointed to receive 15 .357 rounds, 3 coffee cups, and an ashtray. One has to wonder if these were actually NCR supply caches, or a random assortment of garbage that someone was kind enough to put in a suspiciously footlocker-shaped trashcan.
No matter your opinions on how the NCR equips its troopers, I decided your average foot soldier should at least have access to basics like food, water, standard ammo, and a survival knife, which is what this mod does.
This simple mod adds a caravan lunch, combat knife, and 2 spare 556 mags (more with the scrounger perk) as guaranteed supplies, as would be expected in a survival cache. It also has a high chance to contain healing chems and water, as well as a lower chance of containing goodies like brahmin steak, grilled mantis, and skill magazines.
