I didn't want to wait until reaching the Mojave to play Caravan and I couldn't find any modern mods that add Caravan to DC so I decided to fix up this old mod for modern TTW versions. I also decided to add Caravan cards to various vendors around DC so you can buy more cards to optimize your deck.
To get a Caravan deck talk to Gob in Megaton and choose the "I'm Bored, is there anything to do to pass the time?" dialogue option.
There is a 5 game limit for each merchant player to prevent cheese
