No, really, why hasn't this been made yet?
So as I'm writing this, Retribution 2 is literally days away from release, and I wanted to find a Legion save game to not only do one last playtest with, but to also have a save game prepped for players who don't have a Legion/Retribution 1 save handy. That way, they'd be able to jump right into Retribution 2.
Aaaaaaand literally no one has uploaded a clean Legion save game. In fact, I only found one Legion save available for download and, hilariously enough, it was made specifically for Retribution 1. Bless that kind uploader's soul, but unfortunately that save game is for an outdated version of Retribution that won't be compatible with its sequel.
So, f*ck it. I made one myself. Behold, Hector, a mid-level Legion character tailor-made for the Retribution series. He's not min-maxed or anything, but he's a pretty obvious melee build. Well supplied as well, but neither his inventory or his stats are overpowered in any way. Also, Hector has literally accomplished nothing across any of the saves besides being granted knowledge of all of Vegas' locations thanks to his sacrifices to Yog-Sothoth, as well as enlisting fellow Old One cultists Veronica and ED-E (Because trying to play Retribution without companions is like trying to use the GECK without GeckExtender. A painful, ultimately futile process ending in shame, alcoholism, and death).
Included are 3 Save Games:
1. Right after leaving Doc Mitchell's sex dungeon.
2. At Cottonwood Cove right before starting Retribution 1.
3. At Cottonwood Cove right after completing Retribution 1, including the "Master of Puppets" side quest.
The third save allows players to start Retribution 2 right away with access to the most amount of content. The second save is included for players who want play or replay Retribution 1 themselves, possibly for a refresher or to make different decisions that will play a factor in the sequel.

Retribution - A Legion Quest Mod (V. 1.3)
Extract the "Saves" folder to your "Documents" -> "My Games" -> "FalloutNV" folder and you'll be able to load them up like any other save game.
...And Justice For All - "A notorious outlaw, a brutal bounty hunter, and a murder that doesn't quite add up."
Retribution - "The Caesar has marked a lot of people for death, and the Courier obeys!"
Retribution 2 - "The greatest mistake a killer can make is letting one go."
