Daria is a Powder Ganger girl who I've been brainstorming for the last few months. You can find out more about the full version of her that will EVENTUALLY come to life here, but for now...
HEADS UP!
Despite Daria being in a playable state, I'm aware that she isn't as fleshed out as I made her out to be in the outline of her that I posted above. I'm less intimidated by the GECK and its inner workings, but not enough to the point where I can even THINK of starting on her full version; I'm definitely going to need external assistance for that, so please bear with me. :)
That said, please enjoy the basic version of Daria! I put together her little anime design, for those wondering. :) Tried to base her in game appearance off of that!

REQUIREMENTS
For Daria to function, you need a legal copy of Fallout New Vegas and all of its associated DLCs (Lonesome Road, Courier's Stash, Gun Runner's Arsenal, Dead Money, and Honest Hearts).
WHERE TO FIND DARIA
You can find Daria as soon as you step out of Doc Mitchell's house. Look for the Makeshift Campsite on the way toward the Gas Station.

FEATURES
- A fully voiced Powder Ganger girl with a lot of things to say.
- A custom armor set exclusive to Daria.
- Three custom weapons! (*see the section below this!)
- Built in support for JIP Companions Command and Control (and a snazzy icon for Daria!).
- A companion perk that gives you an Explosives and Speech buff.
- Explosions!
- No moral compass-- at least not yet!
- Idle chatter!
- Swearing! Lots of it!
- Easter eggs relating to other popular mods and other Fallout related stuff! (seriously, I referenced so much stuff with Daria's idle barks...)
CUSTOM WEAPONS
- The Clusterfuck (with credit to NumBlacK) - Daria's weapon of choice, a 25mm APW customized by Daria to be sawed off and further customized by her late brother Darius to fire two shells simultaneously. Daria's go-to weapon for clearing out crowds and anything that gets in her way! Needless to say, when she lets loose with it, try to not be in the blast radius-- especially if she lands a critical!
- Clover's Nail (with credit to Raiderous) - A switchblade Daria stole from a raider overboss named Clover, who also happens to be the one responsible for killing Daria's brother. It has weak damage overall but has high critical damage. On a critical kill, you can watch your enemies explode into a pile of gibs! Daria will use this weapon in close quarters if she can't blow something up.
- La Memoria del Fratello (with credit to Raiderous) - A gift from Darius before his unfortunate passing-- to be given to his sister at the right moment. A customized laser carbine created by Darius that gooifies enemies on a critical kill.
TO BE IMPLEMENTED (EVENTUALLY!*)
- An affinity system (similar to that of the TTW version of Scratch, or any of the Fallout 4 companions)
- Optional wasteland related quests, including one where you can help Daria take revenge against someone who took her family away from her
- Reactions to the player's karma
- A player home that the player can share with Daria, provided they purchase it first
- A full-fledged companion quest with three different endings and branching paths
- Romance! (although to be frank, I wrote Daria's romance last; it wasn't what I wanted to focus on, but it'll eventually be there for people who want it. You can be Daria's friend too, she won't mind!)
- Wild Wasteland triggers, including an end-game boss fight
