At the beginning, I thought this files only used by myself.
One day, I think.....if I gone, only I could used it, and no one else could seen it.
Since I edited it for long times (Noted: Based on other people work, it's important, it's not fully created myself. I just combined it.)
I decided to ask others credit and upload it on the nexus.
If something I violated you, please contact me so I could correct it, thanks.

Advanced Power Armor MK-II
DT 38
DR 50%
Icrease Carryweight 100 lbs
Increase STR 3
Fire res. 30%
Rad Res.50%
Advanced Power Helmet MK-II
DT 10
Fire Res. 10%
Crit Chance 5%
Increased PER 1
Rad Res. 15%
If you are not satisfied, then FNVEdit is your best friend forever.
Location:
In the Black Mountain Storage building, location of the broken Rhonda Mister Handy robot.
When you enter the office, it is in your right side.
INSTALLATION:
Put the contents of the "Data" folder to: Fallout new vegas\Data
then, active AdvPowerArmorMKII.esp from the fallout new vegas launcher.
