Make the Scorpion gang in Monte Carlo Suites friendly. Redesign the interior into Ground Floor of a ruined hotel. Adding a 2nd-and-3rd Upper Floor cell. Indoor garden. moonshine stills by Scorpion bootlegger. Redesign the exterior for better eyecatching.

Welcome to Friendly Monte Carlo, a mod that deal with all you need for this location. ALL.
The Monte Carlo Suites has seen better days even with Scorpions' effort to clean it up. The exterior at night show the lonely lights of a few apartments that can afford bulbs. Inside the Upper Floor contain a mini garden to grow up ingredients for their bootlegging operation, aside from inhabitants' dens.
As an alcohol supplier to any that ask (and no question back), Jake peddle his Jake Juice liquors on the 2nd floor. Meanwhile the friendly Scorpion gangers operate the building, the gardening, and the moonshining. Yvettes and Roller has nothing for stranger like you though a Scorpion cook can sell you some things.
Note, their trademarked Scorpion Gang Outfit is not faction marked.
Also note, their famous Jake Juice and Rum & Nuke are the best in Mojave region.
===Incompatibility===
Any mods that modifying Monte Carlo Suites building, and the Scorpion gang, will negate my change and potentially break this mod. So please put this mod at higher priority than such mod, like Mojave Raiders, Factions Reloaded Raiders, and the like.
Dust also change Scorpion but due to this mod might ruin the water strategy of Dust, particularly the abandoned home start, as it provided water, and quite a few alcohol bottles... So might as well put this mod lower priority than Dust to get to play with extra location, extra loot
