A new trait for Fallout: New Vegas that gives the player health regeneration in exchange for less health overall.

While your metabolic rate is faster than most folk, your overall health leaves much to be desired!
You heal faster, regenerating +3 HP per second but start with -90 fewer hit points than normal.
This was originally a trait made for Fallout: Ashfall but was cut for being "too political", so it was remade as a standalone trait.
