Adds a proper reflex sight model to WAP Service Rifle for mods that restore the reflex sight like TTW.

I guess the title and the brief description is enough.
You need a mod that restores the reflex sight, such as TTW (I made this mod with TTW in mind).
Also of course requires WAP Year One, the standalone version maybe will work but idk.
