TECHNICAL
The mod uses clones of each NPC because the Fiends cannot be spoken to. They always attack. The original NPCs have been disabled and the new NPCs can be found in Goodsprings School House.
They idea is that those who wish to use the mod would likely side with the powder gangers in the first Goodsprings quest and would, therefore, go to get the companions.

Only those who have a karma below 0 will be able to recruit them. If you speak to them with a karma of 0 or higher, you will  only have the goodbye option.
Those with less than zero karma will have the option to recruit them.
If your karma raises above zero will having them hired, a message will pop up and any Fiend in your party will be dismissed.

Hiring a fiend for the first time will add you to the fiend faction and no fiend will   attack you after this point. Even if you dismiss them you will still be in the fiend faction. If you raise your karma below zero, not only will you lose the companions but you will be enemies to the fiends.

If your karma falls below 0, you can highlight one of them again and you will be in the fiends faction.

Please take note that, because the original NPCs have been disabled, if you get to the quest "Three Card Bounty" where you need to kill the fiends, the quest cannot be passed until the mod is disabled. But why would you want to kill them?

If the original NPCs are killed before loading the mod, the killed NPC's follower NPC will be disbled.


DISCLAIMER
Please take note, this mod is made for evil players and being in the fiend faction seems to aggro a lot of NPCs (Especially in Goodsprings Saloon so far). Because of this, it is possible that being an "Evil" player may result in a slightly different experience.

As  I understand the fiends are the outcasts of the wasteland, so you will be one.

MOD FEATURES:

- All NPCs can be asked to join you after your karma is raised below 0. No prerequisite quests. The only quests these NPCs are involved with is the one where you are tasked to kill the these three. They can be found in the Goodsprings School house

- They can wait, be dismissed, traded with and have their tactics be changed. Their companion wheel is also working.

- They have the following companion Perks:

Cook Cook
Medium Rare: + 5 Fire Resistance

Driver Nephi
Getaway Driver: + 5 Melee Damage

Violet
Bed of Roses: + 5 Poison Resistance
