Intro:

Vault 19 was always a weird Vault to me, a place built under the premise of Red/Blue population separation, leading to paranoia and a mentioned sabotage of the Vault infrastructure. This narrative, still pushed by the quest "Why can't we be friends", was however overshadowed by the whole subplot of the sulfur cave down below, and the need to clear the place from Nightstalkers and Fire Geckos to allow the Powder Gangers to use the ressources to craft explosives (or not).
After my precedent Vault Armored Jumpsuit (Vault 22 Edition) and its ties to Old World Blues, it was thus time to continue the series with a similar Vault Armor but for Vault 19, modified and customized to showcase wasteland harships (with a big link to Dead Money), remind of the twisted experiments that happened within, and also incorporate the entire sulfur cave aspects.

What if the Vault Dweller was originally from Vault 19 instead of 13? How would a protagonist's Armored Jumpsuit look like if he/she came from the cursed Vault 19? Well, here it is, your own Armored Jumpsuit (Vault 19Edition), just waiting to be worn!

Overview:

  • A new Vault 19-themed version of the iconic Armored Vault Jumpsuit!
  • New headpiece complementing the Vault suit!
  • A new portable holographic projector to materialize two holo-animals during combat (and only during combat!)
  • New unique objects effects for the Vault Armor and respirator!
  • A new NPC to defeat: The Vault (19) Dweller, with his own lore!

Detailed content:

Armored Vault 19 Jumpsuit:
A unique version of the Armored Vault Jumpsuit, fruit of the long (and miserable) years of existence of the Vault (19) Dweller. It is made of a regular but patched Vault 19 Suit with the classic Armored Jumpsuit parts, with various Nightstalker and Fire Gecko trophies being slapped or nailed on the armor.
Stats wise, it has identical stats to the regular Armored Jumpsuit, bur provides a bonus of +20 Poison Resistance, + 30 Fire Resistance, +50 Survival, and +10 Carry Weight

Sulfur Cleansing-Helmet
The mix of a derelict Vault Security Helmet with a Filtration Mining Mask and the two Vault Security Cards of Vault 19, combined by the Vault (19) Dweller during his stay in the sulfur cave. This headpiece grants +20 Poison Resistance, +10 Radiation Resistance, and +10 Fire Resistance

Holo-Heart:
A miniaturized, self-reliant and learning portable holographic projector, once found by the Vault (19) Dweller as part of his journey to the Sierra Madre.
It has low health, and can only be repaired with Holo-rifles.

Unique Power of the Holo-Heart:
Spoiler:
Show
When equipping the Holo-Heart, the portable device will generate (once per combat) two holographic security projections to assist you: Blue (a Fire Gecko reproduction), and Red (a Nightstalker reproduction). Blue and Red won't follow you like regular companions, only tracking down and attacking the enemies, but will however scale accordingly to your level and vanish if killed or at the end of each combat.

Cool, where can i find all of these?
Spoiler:
Show
In the depths under Vault 19, inside the Sulfur Caves below the Vault, the Vault (19) Dweller can be found, carrying the 3 armor parts of the mod, lore content and wielding the only Automatic rifle found outside of Dead Money. Kill him and keep the armor and the weapon for yourself!
