Description
Makes some edits to elements of the Cyberware 2281 mod, and adds a new perk to cover each of the four individual perks that were otherwise necessary to get the maximum number of implant slots.
This is a pretty simple mod that helps to smooth over some of the rough edges I noticed while in-game.

Changes
* New perk - "Cyber Machine: You can install twice as many implants in each area.". Requires Srength, Endurance, Agility all >= 4.
+ This allows for double the number of implant slots in each location. Behind the scenes, this uses a scripted effect to add each of the existing Cyberware perks, all four of which are now hidden. I always found the original requirement of four perk points to be excessive, so this solves that.

* Corrects a typo in the "Reinforced Spine" perk description (vanilla bug in OWB). YUP, in at least some variants, does it too, but it isn't compatible with the changes to this perk that Cyberware introduces.

* Allows buying the SPECIAL implants even if the player already has 10 in that particular stat.

* Renames each of the Cyberware implant MISC items to have a prefix of "Implant - " to help with inventory management.

* Renames the "EM Pulse" and "HF Pulse" weapons to have a prefix of "(Implant) " to make them easier to find in the inventory, and also makes them weightless.

Installation
Just a plugin file, requires both "Cyberware.esm" and "Cyberware OWB.esp".

Compatibility
This plugin introduces some new records (for the scripted new perk).
Should work with TTW (and the Cyberware TTW patch) fine.

Acknowledgements
Credits go to the Cyberware authors for their great work on this, and porting over the older Project Nevada elements.
Obsidian/Bethesda, of course, for the game.
