Adds in a player home that can travel between the wastelands after being repaired.
Will start the NV main quest if it hasn't been yet.
Will NOT start the frontier quest.
Contains most everything a home could need; Storage, Bed, Crafting.
Has a Snowglobe stand that can update when the one in the Lucky38 gets Snowglobes
Has a Bobblehead stand that can sync your bobbleheads between it, the Megaton house, and the Tenpenny house!
The Train can be found in the following Locations:
NV - Boulder City Train Station
DC - South of Canterbury Commons
FR - Livington
