A simple mod that makes certain characters from FakeEnclaveSoldier's TTW 3.3 FCO (Fallout Character Overhaul 3.1) patch look less egregious. Keep in mind this is a very specific mod fix that requires both FCO and TTW.

Version 1
First version
Very mod specific. Requires FCO to be installed into TTW using FakeEnclaveSoldier's TTW 3.3 FCO (Fallout Character Overhaul 3.1) compatibility patch.
I posted images of some of the NPC's I tweaked. Left is before, right is after.
1.3 - Tweaked NPCs in Paradise Falls (Clover, Bleak), certain Citadel BOS characters (Rothchild, Yearling), and a few more 1.2 - Tweaked several NPCs from Vault 101, Arefu + The Family 1.1 - Tweaked NPCs in Oasis and Republic Of Dave, fixed Sapling Yew's skin tone mismatch
So I already had FCO installed for quite some time now, but only recently have I been able to make this fix because I have never touched the GECK before.
FakeEnclaveSoldier's TTW 3.3 FCO (Fallout Character Overhaul 3.1) mod does a good job of thoroughly implementing the FCO into most NPCs in the main worldspace, and while I have him to thank for that, some of the NPCs (Mostly female ones) look rather ugly.
The most egregious looking NPC in my opinion is Star Paladin Cross. And so when I edited her in the GECK, I thought I might as well edit the other NPC's looks.
I'm likely going to update this at some point, as I progress through TTW and discover more NPCs that could use some tweaking.
