Adds Wadsworth from the player home in Megaton as a fully functional companion with a working companion wheel.
Includes an optional JIP CCC icon.

Wadsworth is your very own handy butler robot which you will meet in your Megaton player

The follower is feature complete and no further updates are planned.
- He will follow the player just like a normal companion anywhere you go.
- He can wait, be dismissed, traded with and have his tactics be changed. His companion wheel is also working.
- He has a companion perk "Personal Butler" which adds + 30 Carrying Capacity
