It makes Recon armor into light armor via a scriptrunner.
Meaning it doesn't take up a plugin slot

For years I wondered why Recon armor wasn't light armor. Like the Fallout 3 game guide literally calls it light armor. Quote on page 200 "The Recon Power Armor is light armor, with extra speed and agility.". So today I fixed that.

Install with MO2 (or your mod manager of choice. Should work with any good one)
