Description:
Inspired in concept by the Fallout 3 mod of the same name, this mod aims to integrate a lot of things I felt should have been in the game to begin with. I've taken care to keep everything as in-line with vanilla as possible with the goal of creating something that feels seamless with vanilla. I'll break down the feature list into categories.

Restored Content:
  • All changes from Uncut Wasteland, Uncut Extra Collection, Northern Passage Cave Entrance, Uncut Cottonwood Cove Shack, and Uncut Road to Legate's Camp have been included. These changes have undergone major changes internally to improve functionality, including making the file an ESM, generating face gen, including navmesh, and much more. 
  • All changes from Misc Content Restoration have been included, with some additional tweaks such as improving the appearance of Ulysses' Map, making the new Fire Egg Egg Clutches containers like their standard variants, and forwarding YUP fixes. 
  • All changes from Forbidden Zone Equations Restored have been included. 
  • All changes from The Moon Comes Over The Tower - Restored have been included and improved upon. 
  • All changes from New Vegas Uncut 3 - A Van Graff Scorned have been included and improved upon.
  • All changes from New Vegas Uncut 7 - Pacers Gambit have been included and improved upon.
  • Various changes from New Vegas Uncut - Outside Bets have been included and improved upon, with the rest of the content I didn't like the quality of being available in the Extra Goodies file (see the bottom of the description)
  • Many changes from Prerelease Restored have been included and improved upon, and the ones that haven't are included in Lived-In All-in-One to avoid conflicts between the two.
  • All changes from Restored Ultra-Luxe Bathhouse Skylight have been included.
  • All changes from Catty Clara Uncut have been included.
  • The same restoration from Uncut Locked Door Sound has been included with rewritten implementation (only activates if Unofficial Patch NVSE Plus is not installed, as it already includes the same fix)
  • The same restoration from The Strip NPCs Uncut - Content Restoration has been included with a different implementation.
  • Restored the Tribute of Terror unmarked quest that starts after completing Run Goodsprings Run.
  • Restored various cut lore notes throughout the game, such as the Overseer's Terminal in Vault 19, Anthony Houses' Terminal in H&H Tools, and a note on a dead NCR Trooper in Boulder City. 
  • Restored some previously out-of-bounds statics in Dead Money.
  • Restored vending machine codes in Dead Money for the Police Pistol and returning Sierra Madre armors.
  • Restored two generic Boulder City Workers with unique dialogue lines. 
  • Restored the ability to return Vance's Gun to Primm Slimm.
  • Restored various companion barks for entering combat.
  • Restored the cut weapon mods for the Service Rifle, Marksman Carbine, Trail Carbine, Ripper, and .45 Pistol. These weapon mods are disabled if you use a weapon replacer like WAP, as they are incompatible, though Reflex Sight Mod for WAP Service Rifle is integrated as a replacer for the Service Rifle mod if detected.
  • Restored Cass's barks when drinking Whiskey with her in the party (also applies to Irradiated and Dixon's Whiskey).
  • Restored the ability to interact with the Prototype Stealth Boy during Guess Who I Saw Today.
  • Restored map marker for the Villa Fountain in Dead Money. 
  • Restored a copy of Duck and Cover in the Ranger Station Foxtrot bunker. 
  • Restored a crucified Powder Ganger in Nipton. 
  • Restored a cut Vault Technician ambush in the Vault 34 Reactor. 
  • Restored Feral Ghoul Reavers' ranged attack seen in Fallout 3
  • Restored unused AI Packages on some citizens of The Thorn.
  • Restored the Very Easy lock level on the terminal in the REPCONN Basement. 
  • Restored Burt Gunnerson's dialogue about Driver Nephi. 
  • Restored Cazadore takeover and mass grave of NCR Troopers at Camp Forlorn Hope after completing We Are Legion. 
  • Restored Mr. House's dialogue taunting/pleading with the player during the sequence leading up to opening his chamber. 
  • Restored the Securitron nearest the Antechamber Terminal warning the player to leave the area when approaching. 
  • Restored Mr. House broadcasting his Obituary to The Strip upon his death. 
  • Restored cut reaction lines to Red Lucy's death in Westside.
  • Restored cut Sentry Bot that patrols Camp McCarran.
  • Restored Cannibal Johnson's coyote companion 
  • Restored Pew-Pew's original mechanic of firing both shots in its clip in quick succession. 
  • Restored four NCR Troopers that work alongside Seargent Lee when retaking the NCRCF. 
  • Restored companions' dialogue lines for being on fire. This also comes with a custom "panic" animation (reusing the animation for when an NPC detects a reverse pickpocketed grenade) to fit with the urgency of their dialogue. Scripted restoration of the dialogue taken from BURN - Hardcore Fire Effects.
  • Restored some underground scenery near Black Mountain. 
  • Restored the cut second Tops Promoter outside of the Gomorrah. 
  • Restored the Mounted Armored Vault 21 Jumpsuit in Vault 21. 
  • Restored the animated neon band on the Tops Casino exterior. 
  • Restored Mr. House's ambient greeting dialogue upon entering the Lucky 38 Penthouse for the first time. 
  • Restored seven unused NCR Troopers near the NCR Embassy. 
  • Restored two pieces of set dressing in The Strip, a mattress on the roof of Gomorrah and a stack of crates leading up to a sun-bathing spot on the NCR Embassy. 
  • Restored reaction lines to Michael Angelo's death from Kate and Sarah. 
  • Restored two cut Prostitutes dancing on the stage in Gomorrah. 
  • Restored sleep packages for various Brotherhood members. 
  • Restored out-of-bounds scenery in Primm.
  • Restored the original functionality of The Sink Nuka-Cola Machine, allowing the player to buy the various Nuka-Cola types for wholesale prices (prices automatically adjusted based on value of the Nuka-Colas in game). 
  • Restored the unused drinking animation when drinking from The Sink Sink in first person.
  • Restored some underground scenery in OWB. 
  • Restored some underground scenery between Primm and the Mojave Outpost.
  • Restored an out-of-bounds poster in Jacobstown.
  • Restored the Deathclaw Mother's buff upon killing any of the Baby Deathclaws in Quarry Junction.
  • Restored the original unique poison effect for the Green Geckos. 
  • Restored the intended appearance of the "Fast Cash" graffiti on Miguel's Pawnshop that just says "Cash" in vanilla. 

Integrated Content:
  • I Fought the Law - Speech Check Start Restored has been included. 
  • Integrated a feature-complete and fully configurable DLC delay system that allows for disabling the DLC pop-ups and/or quests until certain conditions have been met. This means that any other DLC delay mod (such as Delay DLC ReduxSimple DLC Delay, or Leveled DLC Delay) are redundant.
  • Many of the restored NPCs have been given logical AI Packages and Idle Markers to use that they were previously lacking.
  • Re-added Shotgun Traps granting the player a low-condition Shotgun upon disarming.
  • Integrated the unused Guard Dogs for the NCRCF, Hidden Valley, and Red Rock Canyon. These Guard Dogs also act as faction disguise sniffers. 
  • Integrated two unused dead Primm Citizens near blood stains outside of the Vikki and Vance. 
  • Integrated the original planned start to Crazy, Crazy, Crazy by tasking the player to investigate the Black Mountain Radio signal upon hearing Tabitha's broadcast for the first time.
  • Integrated the original Dead Crashed Vertibird Pilot NPC, replacing the generic skeleton in vanilla.  
  • Integrated two unused Destitute Travelers, two Travelers, two Gun Runner Guards, and one Mercenary at the 188 Trading Post. 
  • Integrated OWB's unused "Sewer Rat" enemy type. 
  • Unique GRA weapons will now be transferred to the Vendortron upon their original seller's death. 
  • Added Doc Mitchell to the smokers faction so he can fully utilize his AI packages. 
  • Added new armor called "Security Helmet" (essentially a copy of the vanilla Vault 34 Security Helmet) which is used by the Powder Ganger Snipers at the NCRCF, as their NPC records point to an empty leveled list for the Vault 101 Security Helmet which does not exist in the game.
  • Integrated the two unused Goodsprings Brahmin (will be disabled if Mojave NPCs is loaded, as it includes the same restoration).
  • Integrated the unused Sunset Sarsaparilla HQ Eyebot with some unique dialogue. Also gave him a unique appearance based on Sunset Sarsaparilla Eyebot Modder Resource.
  • Gave the Protectrons in the SSHQ a unique appearance based on Sunset Sarsaparilla Protectrons Modder Resource.
  • Integrated the three unused King Water Pump Guard NPC, improved their AI, and gave them some idle markers.

Consistency Tweaks:
  • Johnson Nash Ammo Fix has been included.
  • Integrated a much simpler and cleaner version of Authentic Burned Man.
  • Melissa Lewis now returns to Red Rock Canyon after completing her quest. 
  • Extended ambient sounds in the various casino courtyards to play during the night. 
  • Added looping fluorescent buzzing sound to various vault lights that were missing it. 
  • Adding a looping sound to the Fusion Generator. 
  • Previously silent radios now play Mojave Music Radio. 
  • Replaced instances of the static clipboard variant (Clipboard02OLD) being used instead of the regular item variant. 
  • The eggs for Bleed Me Dry are now collectable at any time before starting the quest.
  • Various quest NPCs that were only activated for their quest now exist in the game world persistently, such as Henry Jamison in The Atomic Wrangelr and Tyrone at the Primm NCR Base. 
  • Changed the "Shovel Required" message to a corner message rather than a pop-up. 
  • Changed various death messages for various "unimportant" NPCs into corner messages rather than pop-ups (Seargent McGee, Johnson Nash, Major Knight, etc.) 
  • Removed the names on a couple of moveable statics for consistency with the rest of the moveable statics. 
  • Increased the cooldown of DLC companion barks to about 1.75x their original cooldown. 
  • Removed the quest item flag from various quest items upon completing their quests. 
  • Added alternative recipe for Meals-To-Metal that uses the other butterknife variant in vanilla (only appears if you have that version of a butterknife in your inventory) 
  • Added alternative recipe for Homebrewed Nuka-Cola that uses the other empty Nuka-Cola bottle variant in vanilla. 
  • Made Boone's upgraded companion armor Medium rather than Heavy for consistency with their models and base-game variants. 
  • Made the NCR Trooper Fatigues weight 8 pounds rather than 26, as it is literally just a t-shirt and pants (same weight as the nearly identical Mercenary Grunt Outfit). 
  • Repurposed a disabled Legion NPC near the South Nevada Wind Farm into an extra NPC during the ambush while gathering the lost supplies during Restoring Hope. 
  • Made Jed Masterson and the other members of the Happy Trails Caravan killable like every other NPC in the game - killing any of them before starting the DLC will disable access to the DLC. 
  • Made Daniel Asian as originally intended. 
  • Gave Oliver Swanick a suitable goodbye line using vanilla dialogue. 
  • Made the Trenchcoat outfit found on the Detective from Beyond the Beef (and Mr. Holdout in this mod) playable with fixed meshes thanks in part to onvil.
  • Weapon Mods and Weapon Descriptions have been made much more accurate and detailed (e.g. Bonus Critical Chance -> Increased Critical Chance (+50%) or Increased Fire Rate -> Increased Fire Rate (+50%)).
  • Some lights have been given proper emittance so they turn off during the day, such as the light above The Bison Steve entrance.
  • SCOL'd the Jacobstown fences to reduce draw calls on them from ~330 to 8.
  • Renamed Old World Blues robots to match vanilla naming scheme (e.g. Mk3 -> Mk III).
  • Rewrote Trudy's dialogue tree related to Joe Cobb so it flows smoother and makes more sense (e.g., can't ask about Joe Cobb by name before asking who he is).
  • Changed the dead Raider outside of Novac to a dead Viper Gunslinger to better fit the area (Novac was the first area designed by the devs, they likely placed a generic Fallout 3 Raider here before even deciding on the Fiends/Vipers/Jackals existing but this random part remained. This was the only "Raider" in New Vegas to my knowledge).
  • Goodsprings Settlers will now take off their armor after completing Ghost Town Gunfight.

Gray Area Fixes:
  • Tops Window Bug Fix And Enhancement has been included
  • A fix similar to Less Flickery City of New Vegas has been included, but is only activated if the user has increased their LOD distance in the INI, as that is the only reason the fix is needed.
  • Added ownership to all areas that should logically be owned - e.g. Helios One is now owned by the NCR, Novac homes are now owned by their inhabitants, Aerotech Offices are now owned by their inhabitants, etc. 
  • Edited various Acoustic Spaces used in exteriors to remove the Is Interior flag. 
  • Trudy's radio now plays Radio New Vegas rather than Mojave Music Radio as suggested by her dialogue. 
  • Enabled Brahmin Tipping on all variants of Brahmin that were missing it. 
  • Changed the name of the Greenhouse Door asset to just Door, so the game no longer reads Greenhouse Door to Greenhouse. 
  • Gave a value of 1 to the Empty Hydra Syringe found on Private Stone during the Medical Mystery quest, as valueless items can be pickpocketed while detected without consequence, bypassing the quest entirely. 
  • Undid YUP's change to Private Morales's helmet, I believe she intentionally is wearing a Combat Helmet to stand out among the many generic NCR Troopers in the area. 
  • Remade YUP's fix to the re-used vanilla Dead Wastelander that gets repurposed for Dead Money. Instead of just removing the Dead Money assets from its inventory so they don't show up in the base game (which also removed them from the NPC in Dead Money), created an identical NPC with the Dead Money items solely for use in Dead Money. 
  • Added missing Brotherhood reputation and XP for completing Eyesight to the Blind and Tend to Your Business. 
  • Made the Lucky 38 Antechamber Terminal owned by the Lucky 38 faction so it is a crime to hack it.
  • Make the securitrons in the LV Boulevard Station get upgraded with the rest of the securitrons in vanilla.
  • The Cattle Prod now uses the generic melee equip sound rather than the sword unsheathing sound.
  • Some Object Effects on Armors have been renamed to match their respective Armors (e.g. Vault Combat Suit -> Armored Vault Jumpsuit).
  • Renamed NPCs/objects with abbreviations for consistency (e.g. Lt. Hayes is now Lieutenant Hayes to match all other Lieutenants in the game and how he is referred to in dialogue).
  • Pool Cue, Nail Board, and Rolling Pin have been given a 1x critical chance multiplier instead of a 0x multiplier in vanilla, as this seemed to be an oversight to me considering these are the only three weapons in the game minus Red Glare that cannot crit.
  • The downed streetlight in Primm no longer emits light.
  • Various traps have been given ownership so members of the faction that the traps belong to will no longer set them off.

Extra Goodies:

Extra Goodies is an optional add-on that merges New Vegas Uncut 1 - Rotface to RichesNew Vegas Uncut 2 - A Koch and Bohr StoryNew Vegas Uncut 4 - A Thorny Situation, and New Vegas Uncut 5 - A Wilder Wasteland, as well as the rest of the changes from New Vegas Uncut - Outside Bets which were not included in the main file due to my concerns with the quality/unfinished nature of the restored content itself. The following improvements/fixes have been made to these mods: 
  • Removed looping idle sounds from invisible activators made just to activate scripts
  • Made Rotface's new outfits into new records rather than editing the records for Eulogy Jones' outfit for compatibility with TTW
  • Removed many wild edits and ITMs
  • Forwarded YUP/YUPDate fixes on various records
  • Made the new dialogue for Rotface and Benny use a new quest rather than adding topics to the vanilla quests, which is the safer option
  • Removed unnecessary edits to Rotface for compatibility 
  • Made the Benny that ambushes the player in Wilder Wasteland a new version of Benny rather than reusing his Fort version for compatibility/safety
  • Major script optimizations (70+ line scripts that checks for the Wild Wasteland stuff no longer needlessly runs constantly if the player doesn't have Wild Wasteland)
  • Improvements to the Benny ambush scripted scene (proper stealth boy effect dispel and sounds, Wild Wasteland sound effect and message, and Benny has his weapon drawn when ambushing)
  • Made placed creatures/NPCs persistent
  • Rewrote the Nelson events to be on a much more reliable timer
  • Removed Gojira (never intended to be in-game content) and the Wasteland Adventurer (restored by many other mods such as JSawyer Ultimate Edition or Essential Vanilla Enhancements Merged) from Wilder Wasteland
  • Made file into an ESM, generated facegen, and packed everything into an uncompressed BSA.
Compatibility:
NOTE: As of version 2.1.2, I no longer use these mods as I found myself not really caring about many of the changes and cannot guarantee compatibility with them.
