In Fallout 3, Deathclaw Gauntlets were the top-of-the-line when it came to Unarmed weapons. Heck, they were probably the second-best close-combat weapon, second only to the Shishkebab used in conjunction with the Pyromaniac perk.
This mod aims to make some small effort in restoring the Fist of Rawr- the only Deathclaw Gauntlet in the game- to that former glory. Specifically, by giving the Fist of Rawr- and yes, the Fist of the North Rawr for those of you playing Wild Wasteland- the ability to ignore DT and DR. This likely won't make it better than the powerful (and improbably silent) Ballistic Fist. But it will make the Fist of Rawr feel like a worthy Deathclaw Gauntlet and a better endgame weapon.
No, I will not be restoring the frankly overpowered x5 Crit Chance multiplier. x2 is good enough.
This restoration comes in exchange for the Bonus x2 Limb Damage Multiplier. The Object Description has also been changed accordingly.
Install by placing the ESP in your data folder, or by using the Mod Manager of your choice.
Those of you with YUP will likely need to make a patch for this in xEdit, which should be easy. Other than that, have fun!
