This mod rebalances the Enclave Riot Gear from Enclave Rangers (TTW) to have stats on the same standards as STARS TTW, based on the standard Riot Gear rather than the Elite Riot Gear like in the Enclave Rangers mod so it doesn't overshadow the Advanced and Elite Riot Gears from Lonesome Road, but with a few things setting it apart so it feels unique.
Also included are Helmet Overlay patch files, one for the default red visor version of the Enclave Ranger helmet, and another for the optional yellow visor version of the helmet (my choice).
