Skilled Trait now reduces Skilled Points from books by 2 instead of giving 0 points when using PerkOut mod.

I love PerkOut as it balances the perks requirements in game that actually makes sense. Every change makes sense and compliments well with mods such as Lone Star when using Viva New Vegas.
Although the Skilled perk being changed to a Trait makes sense and gives 0 skill points from skill books at the trade of +5 points to all skills, I felt it is a bit harsh of a penalty.
This mod just changes the value in the perk entry of Perkout so that skill points gained from skill books is reduced by 2.
You get +1 Skill Point from Skill Books. Perkout was 0. Base Game was +3
You get +2 Skill Points from Skill Books with Comprehension Perk. Perkout was 0. Base Game was +4
Edited in Geck and made as a new esp. Load after Perkout in your Mod Manager
Note: You can see how many skill points you gain from books by enabling "Show Book Effects" in Stewie Tweaks.
