Adds the HK21, based on the Black Ops 1 version that was nifbashed using Millenia & R91 & Friends assets with BO1 sfx and custom animations. it's a 30 round .308 general purpose machine gun that comes with a suppressor and red dot as potential attachments

This mod is a attempted recreation of the Black Ops 1 version of the HK21 LMG. it is designed to be an inbetween of the Dead Money Automatic Rifle and the Light Machine Gun, with higher fire rate and damage than the Automatic Rifle but slower fire rate than the Light Machine Gun. this is considered a Tier 4 weapon. it was nifbashed using Millenia's original G3, replacing the handguard with Xamie's R91 heavy handguard, and a few retextures. The attachments include a suppressor and a red dot, the suppressor uses the sniper rifle suppressor and the red dot uses the 9mm pistol scope.
