Adds the perk Makeshift Warrior from Fallout 76 into New Vegas & Tale of Two Wastelands
Rank 1: 20% less weapon decay for Melee & Unarmed.
Craft: Nail Board, Dress Cane, Lead Pipe, Pool Cue, Rolling Pin, Throwing Spear, Tire Iron
Rank 2: 35% less weapon decay for Melee & Unarmed
Craft: Baseball Bat (and mods), Bowie Knife, Boxing Glove, Combat Knife, Brass Knuckle, Machete, Rebar Club, Sledgehammer, Throwing Spear (Efficient), Straight Razor
Rank 3: 50% less weapon decay for Melee & Unarmed
Craft: Police Baton, Beartrap Fist, Bumber Sword, Chainsaw, Fire Axe, 9 Iron, Hatchet, Throwing Hatchet, Power Fist, Ripper, Super Sledge, Switchblade, Throwing Knife, Cattleprod
Crafting requires the new scrap items added (Wood, Steel, Plastic, Oil, Rubber, Circuitry) which can be acquired through scrapping junk; balanced to fit with the vanilla game and compliment other methods of processing junk like Vanilla recipes and Old World Blues Sink
All scrapping crafting recipes are hidden unless you have the required item to scrap to avoid cluttering the workbench recipe menu.
Keep in mind this mod is more than a mere port, while it IS a port it's intended to expand more on crafting, melee, unarmed; especially since a lot of melee/unarmed weapons are usually neglected due to them not being accessible, that goes double for throwing weapons since they're expended when used so being able to craft them makes them a more viable option.
This's another mod in the series of porting perks from other fallouts into New Vegas (& TTW) as well as a prototype for a bigger mod to expand on the crafting in New Vegas (& TTW) in general.
